Simply screw the Pimp My Grill side brackets into place using your existing side baffle screws, re-mount the thermal sensor in the provided spot, and then slide the shelves into position. The whole process should take about 5 minutes.

Ironwood 650
I purchased the Gen2 rack system for my Traeger Ironwood 650 and couldn’t be anymore impressed with the product. The packaging it was shipped in was fantastic. I watched the installation video on YouTube and started the easy process (unscrewing 6 screws) of taking the side baffles out of my grill. I immediately noticed the new baffles are heavier and more durable which will be great for retaining heat. Installation of the new baffles was just as easy disassembly and the entire process may have taken 5 minutes. If you’re considering purchasing this product, don’t hesitate. The quality is excellent and the functionality is even better!
