With a zesty blend of brown sugar, chili and spices, this is a classic rub for grilled or smoked pork. Apply to any pork product before grilling or smoking. For ribs, completely cover the entire surface of the meat evenly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.  Then, apply another coat before placing onto prepared smoker.
