Installation Instructions:

Install the Threaded Rod:

• • Locate the included threaded rod that fits your chimney.
  • Install the rod securely into the chimney.

Attach the Helmet Adapter:

• • Check if the helmet adapter is already attached to the threaded rod.
  • If not, attach the adapter to the rod.

Thread the Helmet:

• • Align the helmet with the adapter.
  • Thread the helmet onto the adapter by rotating it clockwise.

Adjust the Helmet Height:

• • Rotate the helmet until it reaches the desired height.
  • Ensure there is at least 3/4 inch clearance from the non-ear flap side of the helmet to the top of the stack for proper airflow.

Secure the Helmet:

• • Once the desired height is achieved, tighten the set nut to secure the helmet in place.
